District Governor 1994 - 95
Rtn Mohanlal Nemchand Shah, a Major Donor, is a senior Active member of the Rotary Club of Bhuj with former classification life insurance, he joined Rotary Movement in 1962.
His attendance percentage in the 3 preceding years is more than 90% Rtn Shah is Sr. B.A. “KOVID”. He has attended many District Conferences and District Assemblies. He has served his Club in various Capacities and was President in 1971-72. He was the Chairman of 1988-89, District Assembly at Bhuj.
Rtn Shah has served the District on a number of assignments including GSR, GGR, Nomination Committee Member, Chairman of various committees. He has to his credit a number of medical and diagnostic camps. Rtn Mohanbhai has formation of 2 Rotaracts & 3 Interacts besides 2 Rotary Clubs, viz. Rotary Club of Mandvi and Rotary Club of Rapar to his credit. He has won the Best Rotarian Award from 1973-1976 in a row.
On vocational front, he started his career in 1953 as a RASHTRA BHASHA PRACHARAK which graduated into the career as a LIC Agent in 1959, he has distinction of becoming the first crorepati and the first double crorepati Development officer of the LIC besides being recipient of several medals and certificates at National and Divisional levels of LIC in 1980. His wife Jyotiben also followed him to become first Lady Crorepati Agent of LIC Mohanbhai entered the active politics and was the MLA of Gujarat Assembly from 1980-84, He is a member of Gujarat Parliamentary Association He is Chairman and Member of various Boards of Gujarat Government.
Rtn Mohanbhai is also active with various social, cultural, political and educational organizations of the region He is the Secretary of Lalit Kala Mandal Bhuj and a trustee of Rajnish Foundation Kachchh. He is trustee of Maharao Madansinhji Charitable Trust and is an active member of the Red Cross Society of India, Indian Conference of Social Work, Viswa Gujarat perished and peoples’ Education Society Bhuj, He is President of Yoga Mitra Mandal Bhuj, He is also life member of Hare Krishna Society Bombay.
Rtn. Mohanbhai played a pivotal role as Managing Trustee of Rotary Gujarat Earthquake Rebuild Trust. Under his leadership many school rooms and houses were built across Kutch.
Mohanbhai has travelled to numbers of countries including U.S.A. Great Britain, Germany, Switzerland, Italy and others.
He was happily married to Late Jyotiben, Rtn Mohanbhai Shah has 2 daughters, Bhavna, Hema and son Jay.

Bharat Dholakia was District Government Pleader and Public Prosecutor from May 1987 to Jan 1991.and am Special Public prosecutor appointed by government of Gujarat.
Bharat Dholakia was President Kutch Bar Association from 13-4-96 to 2000 and Secretary Bhuj.
Bharat Dholakia is Advocate for Adani Group Companies at Kutch, Sanghi Cement, jindal Saw, ICICI Bank, State Bank of India, Indian bank, Ashapura Group of Companies, District Panchayat Kutch, P.G.V.C.L., Agriculture Produce Market Committee Bhuj, and many corporate bodies as well as Shipping Companies.

He is a Chairman of Rotary Education Society which is starting Primary and Secondary School at Bhuj.
He is a Trustee Peoples Education Society running Law and Commerce College at Bhuj and Vice President of Kutch Cricket Association. He is a Life Member Saurashtra Cricet Association
